Return Policy

Hart & Hess offers a 30-day return policy. If you feel the item is damaged or broken, or is not right for you, please return it to us as follows:

We’ll accept returns within 30 days of the sale date only if the item is not damaged, soiled, worn, washed, altered or used in some other way.

Your original mailing included a packing slip – this must be included in your returned package so we know whose order it is, the SKU for the item and other important details. If you do not have your packing slip, a printout of your order confirmation or emailed receipt will work too. Please include a note with your package indicating why you’re returning it.

Please return your order to us by USPS and we highly suggest you include tracking in case anything happens to your package on its way to us. You must pay for shipping.

Once we receive your order and inspect it for damages and if we agree that it is unused, unworn, not soiled and not damaged, we will refund your purchase price 100% to the original credit card it was charged on. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your account statement.
